• Location: each building is selected for the quality of its location and the ease with which potential tenants can be found. Research is commissioned to assess the economic and demographic factors of the region, town and street.
• Building: A building and services survey is done as and when required on buildings to ensure no surprises are forthcoming.
• Yield: Each building is tested in the market for price vs. value of purchase. At least two independent valuations are carried out on each project to ensure that the price confirms our own opinions of the value.
• Finance: Finance is negotiated at the most appropriate quantum and rate.
